The Atrium Hotel has set to renovate, redesign, and rebrand the Hotel's names and image. Golden Hotels Limited Partnership intends to accept up to a total capital investment of Five Million dollars ($5,000,000) or up to five individual $1,000,000 EB-5 Investors. Each investor is investing the capital amount for up to a 3% partnership share of Golden Hotel Limited Partnership. It is expected an annualized 3% preferred return of the Partnership's profit distribution will go to the investors.
Management has the intent to provide liquidity to all investors at the end of a 5-year investment period. However, due to the nature of the partnership structure, investors must understand that timing and price of sale of any of the partnership interest cannot be guaranteed. Golden Hotels Limited Partnership reserves the right to purchase all or part of the investors' share of the partnership interest with at least $1,000,000 plus all accrued but unpaid preferred profit distribution.
