January 7, 2011On December 28, 2010, USAInvestco purchased 50% of E.D.A. Corporation in the Republic of Kazakhstan and formed KZ-USAInvestCo. The newly formed company will bid on commercial development and construction projects within Kazakhstan and Central Asia. We are in the process of becoming a member of Amchamber of Commerce. Mr. Mike (Mehdi) Dehghan is representing USAInvestCo’s interest in this region.

Fortunately, for those of you dreaming to become American citizens, the EB-5 Investor Visa Program can turn this into a reality in as little as six (6) months.
The EB-5 Visa (also known as the “investor green card” or “immigration through investment”), is a little-known immigration program and the easiest way to get permanent residency for you and your family in the United States. The US Congress created this program to encourage foreign investment of capital which would create jobs and benefit the U.S. economy (EB-5 stands for employment based program number 5). An EB-5 investor can get his or her US Green Card through this program with an investment of $500,000 US Dollars in an approved project, and the proof that ten (10) jobs were created. The program also provides Green Cards for the investor’s spouse and all unmarried children under the age of 21, allows the investor and family to live and work anywhere in the United States, and pays them interest on their investment.
Businesses in the United States have started using the EB-5 Investor Program to raise money to get funding for their projects. USAInvestCo is one such business that is looking to use EB-5 to raise money for their downtown Marina and Hotel development in Wilmington, North Carolina. Managing Partner, Chuck Schoninger, is excited about using the program, “the EB-5 program is a win-win for the community and for the foreign investors. We are able to raise the necessary funds to complete our project, the City of Wilmington benefits from the newly created jobs, and the investor and family will be able to turn their dream into reality by becoming a permanent resident of the United States.” The USAInvestCo EB-5 program is a great tool to raise capital and create new jobs here in the United States, in addition to providing green cards for foreign investors.
The EB-5 Visa is increasing in popularity with over 1,400 EB-5 Visas obtained in 2008, over 4,000 in 2009, and an expected increase again this year. With 10,000 of these visas available each year, there is a large amount of potential capital and up to 100,000 new jobs created. This program is one of the many ways that United States projects can raise capital, lower the unemployment rate, and ensure that we are getting the best possible candidates for US Green Cards.
